Invitationals
From invitationals to date parties and fraternity exchanges, Thetas certainly know how to have fun! Two or three times a semester we rent out a club in San Francisco exclusively for Thetas and their guests to dance all night. The best parts about invitationals are the themes which allow us to show off our creativity. Every fall semester starts off right with our cowboy-themed invitational, "Showdown". Last semester some themes included Planet Hollywood and the "T Party," in which Thetas dressed in creative costumes that started with the word "T" including everything from teachers to Twister boards to Tetris.
Every year, Thetas generally have at least one Date Party. Date Parties are like invitationals since we take busses to a club in San Francisco and dance all night, but instead of taking friends each Theta gets to choose one lucky man as their date for the evening. Thetas love the chance to dress up in semi-formal dresses.
Exchanges

Throughout the semester, Thetas participate in exchanges with fraternities. These are more casual social events where we enjoy activities such as ice cream socials, broom-balling, and sushi nights. Exchanges are a great way to make new friends in the Greek community while doing something fun! Last year, Theta started a new tradition by having an exchange with another sorority, Alpha Chi Omega, where we bonded over making cards for other Greek houses and playing charades.

Sisterhood Events

Sisterhood events are fun ways to bond with other members in the chapter. We love going to football games, the movies, playing board games, and taking classes together at the gym!
Thetas have recently gone camping overnight in Tilden Park, participating in Greek Week, and bonding together during recruitment.
